1 Black Redstart (m)
(yesterday) - Dawn: 99 Curlew roosting at Pillhead Gout with another 87 feeding on Oldbury Sands. Also 250 Lapwing, 2 Oystercatcher and 2 Bar-tailed Godwit. about 2,000 Dunlin, 2 Peregrine flew over.
New Passage/Northwick/Pilning wetland:
5 White-fronted Geese, 1 Pintail (m), 1 Pochard (m), 1 Sparrowhawk, 500+ Lapwing, 80 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Water Pipit.
Severn Beach:
2 Blackcap (f) - 1 at each end of the village.
Easter Compton:
1 Sparrowhawk (sitting on gate in front of my car), 1 Buzzard, flock c.110 Jackdaw, flock c.35 Rook, flock c.70 Starling with c.40 Fieldfare, 1 Mistle Thrush, 1 Stonechat, flock 16 Linnet.
